Privacy Policy
How AutoBuild Solutions collects, uses and protects your information. Last updated November 4, 2026.
Who we are
AutoBuild Solutions is based in Bend, Oregon. This policy covers autobuildsolutions.com. Questions go to craig@autobuildsolutions.com.
What we collect
When you fill out a form, book a call or download a resource, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email, phone number, role, company size and anything you write in a notes field. When you visit the site, we collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type.
How we use it
To reply to you, schedule and run calls, send the resource you asked for, send occasional emails about A.I. for truss and structural building component companies (you can unsubscribe anytime), and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies make the site and forms work. Analytics cookies show us which pages people use, in aggregate. Our scheduling tool may set its own cookies when you book a call. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works, though some features like booking may not.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the business: our CRM and database, email delivery, scheduling, website hosting and analytics. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we have a working relationship or you stay on our email list, and delete it when you ask us to unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of emails, by writing to craig@autobuildsolutions.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
